Brewster Waterfront- Major remodel/ addition

This beautiful home was a family home which was built in the 1980's and needed to be updated to accomodate the next generation of owners.  The rear of the home did not take full advantage of the breathtaking views so the home underwent a major renovation to include a large rear dormer and gable additions along with the new curved 2nd floor deck which was designed to showcase the home.  The owners wanted the front to remain elegant but understated.
